Open Gym
Open gym= M-TH 2 to 4 pm (This session is for individual or small group who want to work out on their own, we let them share our place for $40 a month per person.)
Certified Program Courses are as followed:
The certified class is for persons who want to take a short term class and get certified such as Cardio boxing instructor, Cardio Kickboxing Instructor, Ultimate Body Shaping Instructor.
These classes are scheduled for six weeks, the session takes place once a week, one-on-one instruction or semi-private class based on the customer's demand, and the class is by appointment only.

Price: Enrollment, Equipment (a pair of gloves and hand wraps) and Certificate fee are = $60 course fee is $60 per session for one person or $320 for 6 sessions.
Certified MuayThai Instructor:
a) This class is schedule for 9 weeks. The session takes place once a week, one-on-one or semi-private class based on customer's demand and the class is by appointment only.
b) Price: $100 per session per one person.
Enrollment fee:$200 recieves a jump rope, MuayThai T-shirt and shorts, hand wraps, gloves and shinpads Certificate fee$200.
