Former trainer of 4 time world champion, Alex "F-14" Gong and current California State Champion, Neveen Contreras.

Paul Metayo (Pon in Thai), a native of Thailand welcomes you to learn the traditional art of Muaythai.

Paul Metayo began fighting in Thailand at 13 years old and continued until the age of 19 . He began to teach Muay Thai in 1991, and to promote Muay Thai events in 1996.

Former Student Alex Gong who later became a four-time World Champion Muaythai Fighter trained with Paul from age 19 on up and had Paul in his corner for every professional bout thereafter.  Also known as "Alex F-14 Gong", Alex was the founder and owner of Fairtex in San Francisco, California.
