We welcome you to come out and join us at Muay Thai Boxing of Phoenix, AZ. We must warn you however, that if you are looking for a big, fancy gym that offers laid-back training: This is the wrong place. We are not big or fancy, but instead offer you the best training anywhere in Arizona.

| If you want to train to be a fighter, you need to train with someone who is a fighter or former fighter, do not choose to train with library trainer. Our gym trainers are real fighters, won numerous bouts, developed and trained actual World Champions, State Champions, and Golden Glove Champions, and our trainers are actual former champions |

Paul Metayo "Pon in Thai" began fighting in Thailand at the age of 13 to 19. He began to teach Muaythai in 1991 and promote Muaythai events in 1996 to 2006. Ajarn Paul Metayo holds a professional fighting record of 93-11. |
